March 21, 2025
In honor of Social Work Month, we are thrilled to spotlight Courtney Lewis, our dedicated Social Services Director! Courtney’s passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of our residents is truly inspiring. She graduated from Kentucky Christian University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Her education laid the foundation for her incredible career in healthcare.
Courtney has been in healthcare for 13 years, and over this time, she has built a strong career and a profound impact on the lives of many. Courtney chose this career because she had a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives. She wanted to be an advocate for individuals and families who may otherwise have been overlooked. Helping people navigate difficult life situations is something that deeply resonates with her.
Courtney has a special passion for improving the quality of life for the elderly. By supporting them through challenges such as health issues and living conditions, she has found a fulfilling way to make a positive impact on their lives. The ability to form meaningful connections with residents is what keeps Courtney motivated. Knowing that she is making a difference in someone’s life gives her a strong sense of fulfillment and purpose, especially during challenging times.
For Courtney, the most rewarding part of her role is building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff. Knowing that her work directly impacts the well-being, dignity, and quality of life of her residents is incredibly fulfilling for her. We are grateful to have Courtney as part of our team. Her passion and dedication to improving the lives of those around her make her an invaluable asset to our community. Thank you, Courtney, for all that you do!
