Elliott Nursing & Rehabilitation is proud to recognize resident Deborah Wells’s Success Story!

Ms. Deborah Wells came to Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a decline at home that resulted in her being hospitalized. Upon admission, she was very weak and was unable to tolerate sitting up, feeding herself or walking. After participating in therapy services Ms. Wells can now maneuver around the community, feed herself independently and walk with assistance! She loves to participate in all of our community activities and wears a huge smile on her face. She loves interacting with our Care Team and other residents everyday! Deborah and her family have decided that she will make Elliott her home! Congratulations to Deborah and her Care Team on their success!
