Elliott Nursing & Rehabilitation is proud to share resident Erma Stafford’s Success Story!

Erma was admitted to Elliott Nursing & Rehab on December 30, 2021. During the course of her stay, Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy were initiated to effectively identify Erma’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition Erma to the next level of care.

Our therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Erma, and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure all of her clinical care areas were addressed. On January 20th of this year, Erma was successfully discharged home to her family. On behalf of everyone here at Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation, we would like to extend our best wishes to Erma. It was an honor serving her!
